What happens if I can't pay while abroad?
We ask for a 2-month deposit at the start of storage as security. If payments are missed, we'll contact you via email, phone, and WhatsApp. We give 60 days notice before any action on goods — unlike some facilities that act within 30 days.
Can someone in Dubai access my storage?
Yes — you can authorise anyone you trust to access your unit. Bring them to the facility with your written authorisation letter and their Emirates ID or passport. We update their access credentials and notify you.
Do you provide an inventory of my stored items?
We conduct a basic inventory at intake, photographing your goods. You can also request a full photograph inventory update at any time (within 48 hours). This is particularly useful for insurance and peace of mind while abroad.
Can I have specific items retrieved and shipped to me?
Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp or email, specify which items you need, and we'll locate them, package them securely, and coordinate with a courier for international shipping. You pay the shipping cost; we handle the logistics.
